I ordered 2 pizzas and the estimate was 35-50 minutes. I checked the tracker and it showed the delivery driver was in San Francisco. (I ordered 10 minutes down the road from this Garner address) So I decided to call the store to make sure everything was okay. The female who answered the phone (who sounded overweight and miserable with her career choice) was very rude to me. Obviously the tracker in a different state was a glitch however when I informed her of this she made me feel like I was an idiot (even though I clearly knew my pizza was not in San Francisco) she then with an attitude; told

I have edited this review (for the more positive) in response to my recent experiences The food is always hot and fresh and on point, the delivery drivers are always warm. Service can sometimes be a little slow and I've had times in the past where orders got cancelled during prime time hours, but the management/ownership team is quick to respond to set things right. And all that said the pickup process is painless. The wizards that make the philly cheese steak pizza are excellent at their craft.

I ordered four large pizzas online and wanted them to be cut into party-size slices. Since there was no option to add special instructions while placing the order online, we immediately called the store after placing the order, provided the order number, and specifically requested that all pizzas be cut into party-size slices. When we arrived to pick up the pizzas, we were surprised to see that they had been cut into regular slices instead.
