Jack in the Box

So I pull up to this Jack in the box, one car in the parking lot. Doesn’t appear to be busy. I get to the drive through speaker, lady rushes me through my order. I felt like I had to ask for sauce that comes with the things I order. Lady takes my payment, slams the window. Another kid hands me my order, pleasant, but still somehow is rushing me to leave. There was no one behind me the entire time. Did not receive my receipt. Did not receive sauce.

We usually love Jack in the Box, but this was our first visit to this restaurant in Georgetown. The drive-thru was pretty quick, the young man took our order, he was great. The food was not what we are used to from Jack's. We got our usuals, the large fries was only about half full, the burgers were cold, mine was missing the cheese and the sourdough bread was cold and rubbery. The two tacos were cold and soggy. It was not good at all.

The food here has definitely changed on the size and how they advertise the food. I bought a sourdough jack and it was too small and didn't look anything like the pictures they display. I was very disappointed and their food is way overpriced. It's better to spend $20+ dollars at pterry's then here! At least you're receiving better quality food. I'm never going back!

I went in the morning to get two bacon egg and cheese sourdough sandwich, the lady asked if I wanted a number 24 and I once again just asked for two bacon egg and cheese sourdough sandwich, she said ok and informed me the total(which was lower then I thought it would've been) and I paid for it, she handed the bag to me which only has one sandwich, I once again said I asked for two sandwiches and she look baffled. I knew there was a communication issue since she didn't speak English well and even worse I checked the sandwich and they just gave me a 24 combo instead. Long story short bad service
