I clearly ordered 1 grilled cheese which I received in about a minute and a mango strawberry lemonade, then I did not receive my drink until I asked them about it which took about 20 minutes just to receive a whole different drink. I don’t recommend coming here if you have a simple order

This morning around 8 am, my son bought me a Matcha Latte with oat milk and 2 shots of espresso. I think there was a BIG MISTAKE with the milk, because I never felt sick before drinking this. I had stomach pain and nausea after drinking it, it didn't go away and I ended up throwing up a lot. I just now feel somewhat better but I have a headache and I had to rest. I'm VERY upset about the situation!! I'll never get Starbucks again! NEVER!!!! Now it's 2:30 PM, and I still do not feel well.

Treated my daughter and her friend extremely rudely…ignoring them, etc idk if they were being ageists or what bc they are 14 but …who do you think spends all our money at Starbucks. Not cool.
