I ordered a 6" sub here, and when I got it, it was no where near 6 inches, maybe about 1-2 quarters long? So I think they gave me a sandwich and never pulled it out of the warmer, but the poor service and behavior from all staff here was appalling. So when I complained about the length of my sandwich I was given very unwelcoming behavior from a guy who didn't seem to care about my issues and then had the "nerve" to tell me the price before I had a chance to comment further. It had been years since my last visit, and I was really craving a meatball sub, while my husband went with the Chipotle Philly cheesesteak. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted. Sheila and Pam took their time preparing our sandwiches with care, you could tell they truly take pride in what they do. Nothing felt rushed, and every detail was handled thoughtfully, which is something you don’t see often these days.
