This is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. Management is awful and it's not the first time I've witnessed this type of behavior. I decided to give them another chance this year for Superbowl ordered a large order for a party I was hosting the week before believing the website which made it seem ordering way in advance would ensure prompt pickup. I was so wrong store was packed and some employees including the manger were insulting customers and yelling at them. Such unprofessional I don't understand how this location is still in business I waited hours and after asking a few times

I called to tell them that I wanted my wings well done because when I add that option when getting delivery they don’t follow it and my wings were soggy and nasty so I called to let them know over the phone so anyway the employee that answered was so rude and basically tried arguing with me about the cook time…I just got my delivery and they did not do what I asked for

I went to pick up 24 wings around 11:30, choosing 3 different flavors. I arrived early, around 11:35, expecting to wait a few minutes, but the guy was already packing my order. Unfortunately, when I got home, the food was cold. The BBQ wings had hardly any sauce, the fries were nothing but salty crumbs, and the lime and pepper wings were overly soggy and greasy. The garlic Parmesan wings had no seasoning and were very dry. The entire meal looked like it had been sitting around for hours. 5 stars for 5 reasons 1. Lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan are the best flavors! Yummy, savory and crispy! I ordered to go and when I got home it was still hot and crispy. Garlic Parmesan was kinda soft but 3 mins in air fryer does magic. 2. 20 wings for 30 dollars is kinda steep but I think it’s kinda worth it. 3. The service that was provided was awesome! She told me it would be ready in 15 mins and when I got there it was ready! 4. Best ranch hands down next to habit burger ranch! 5. The cashier/lady who took my order was nice, kind and provided awesome customer service.
