I've had a variety of experiences at this location, with today being the most unacceptable. I order from this location every Thursday before my son's drum rehearsal. I order the same drinks and snacks every week. I know what they look like and taste like. I order them without whip cream and with oat milk, as I have a dairy allergy. I noticed there was no oreo crumbs right away and the drink tasted different. The sticker on the cup said whip cream was included, despite my ordering it without. I asked about this and was told the drink was made correctly and the sticker was wrong. Well, my stomac

This was one of the worst café experiences I’ve had. The food was cold, the bacon was burnt, and there were zero toppings available—basically a “bring your own” situation. With no other cafés nearby, this place has an opportunity, but it’s clearly being wasted. The restaurant was empty, which makes perfect sense. Staff stood around chatting while tables and floors were filthy, and the glass display case was covered in greasy fingerprints. There’s no excuse for that level of neglect. I definitely won’t be back...also another customer was offered Chipotle sauce i was not ..

Placed my order 45 mins before I got there so it would be ready as I figured they’d be busy in the morning. I got there right away everyone was so incredibly rude and they had no idea what order I was talking about, had to run around looking for stickers, finally found it and said that now they were out of everything I ordered so they had to refund me. Both staff members were very rude to me and acted like I did something wrong for asking why it hadn’t been packed up until 45 mins later. Definitely won’t be back. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional the staff was.

Service is horrible, waited at the drive through for long time and no one answered, placed mobile order and walked in to pickup then employee said they don’t have any order while it’s on the TV???? Order matcha latte no sugar syrup, turned out super sweet. Only 3 customers were in store…..definitely they were super busy
