Celebrated my wife's birthday here and she said the fjord salmon was the best seafood dish she has ever had in the US! The chilled seafood sampler was great, loved the acidity of the calamari bowl. Paella was good the rice was a bit underwhelming. The salmon was the highlight dish, the skin had that perfect glassy texture and overall complemented well with the pomegranate glaze. Not a single food item had that annoying 'American sweet' taste tends to favor the typical local pallete. Will return for sure! Thank you for making my wife's birthday lunch a memorable one!

My 3 star rating is based off of my experience today. I do love Max Fish and I have been here many times for dinners and happy hours. I came for my birthday dinner and made a reservation online. When I made the reservation I checked off birthday and also let the waiter know. We got 2 drinks, a raw bar sampler, an order of the prefix special chowder & salmon, and the surf and turf filet mignon and 1/2 steamed lobster. We spent a little over $200. Very courteous service. The meals are composed of fresh ingredients and arranged in fashion that balances out well the taste of the fish along with the taste of natural herbs and the sauce mixture. The restaurant is located on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. The parking lot is vaste and accomodates well a high number of patrons.
