I am a Police officer. Have been serving for 31 years. Chic-fila offers a discount to first responders. The one in Severn most of the time does. But not a l ways. There is one manager that says you must be in uniform and dine in. I agree 100% you must dine in. But be in uniform???? In uniform or even off duty. I am a police officer 24/7. Uniform or not.

He brought the kind of service and attention that ANY BUSINESS would desire in their customer attentiveness. Chick-fil-A is blessed to have such an amazing customer experience employee like John!

Hi there its me again. This place is awesome. I was greeted by Ms. Kate and she took my order with so much professionalism that I was in awe. My bacon, eggs, and cheese was hot, fresh, and very good. The coffee was great as well. This place has a very friendly, family like atmosphere. The place was clean, a spotless kind of clean. Oh, and where I was sitting I could see behind the counter, and to my surprise that area was spotless too. So, you are in this area and you love Chick-fil-A food, come on down, and enjoy the food, service, and atmosphere like I did. You will not regret it. Your break

This location has to be the worst in the area. I ordered on the mobile app, was in line for 15 minutes just to finally get up to the window and be told that I had to pull forward and wait for my order for another 10 minutes. 30 nuggets was actually 27 and more than 5 of those 27 were just fried breading, no chicken. Funny part while waiting was the sign that said “order online for faster service”, couldn’t be further from the truth….will not return to this location again.
