Been coming here for years and i just love the place. The atmosphere the food the service is all top notch. The strawberry pancakes are to die for... and I love the steak tips and hash browns. Close to transportation always clean. Good friendly service and people.

I'm a senior in college, living with my mother who is disabled (legally blind). I took her to this IHOP since it was nearby and we started going there together ever since I introduced it to her 2 months ago. We absolutely love IHOP and this one was great in food, service, and environment. The staff were really helpful and accommodating for my mom. Sophya in particular went above and beyond for my mom, giving us candy, complimenting her, and even helping her to find the bathroom and exit door. I dont expect this from people anymore because I do it and they dont care about my moms disability. Bu

I called and was put on hold for over 6 minutes. I hung up and later went inside. No one responded to me at all. When a young man came in a young lady with long black hair popped up out of the blue was about to serve him. I spoke and said I was there first and she said one moment and still served him before my order was taken. This is the worst it's been. I'm a proud military veteran and civil servant. We definitely need direct changes here. here

This IHOP location is consistently clean and spacious. The food is well-prepared, and the service is exceptional. We particularly appreciate Shaq, our waiter, who has served us a few times. He’s incredibly kind and patient.
