How a restaurant thinks its ok to serve or deliver food that is raw is unacceptable i bought a hamburger patty for my kid only to have it look cooked but be completely raw in the middle that could have landed him in the hospital the restraunt nor manger seem to be worried about this situation even tho this is serious

Food is delicious and people are nice. I got the country breakfast. (2 sausage patties and 2 biscuits with country gravy, 2 eggs and 1 side i got potatoes Obrian. My daughter got the Nutella and banana pancakes and replaced the banana with strawberries and made it a combo for bacon and eggs.)

Another drive on Sunday on Route 66 in California and stopped at a diner that I have not been to on 66. Seems the diners on 66 in Cali have the appeal to the locals as much as the visitors traveling through. I wanted to try something different here so I got the corned beef and hash with O'brien potatoes with scrambled eggs. For another side I got the pancake which I try every diner, Cafe or restaurant's pancakes and see which I like the best. This meal was good, the corned beef was good and not salty and the eggs were really good with a rich taste. The potatoes needed a little more cooking but
