I recently drove out to Gloucester with some friends of mine from out of state. Growing up, Mike’s place had always been a favorite of mine. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the new extensive menu that was vast in comparison to the one I’d known growing up. Not sure what to get, I asked the cashier (don’t remember her name) questions about the current menu. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to my curiosity. Mediocre sub shop food would be passable maybe if the staff weren't miserable and unfriendly. The "What do you want?" when I called should have been my clue to go somewhere else where they appreciated the business, but tossing the to-go order on the counter without a thank you sealed the deal. Not wasting my time or money here again.

Came to 100.11 most was really cold but did was impressed how my gfs chocolate chicozone but came with bananas an no chocolate chips an never picked 2 have them in it so she never had the rest. What was warm an good enough to eat was the chicken fingers that just made the warm enough but just made it an the roast beef sandwich an my Cinnamon crazy sticks were cold an didn't come with the icing. Ordered bbq wing and got buffalo. So I called them and they took the buffalo wings and gave me plain wings. 4 stars because it’s like 15$ for 12 wings and it was still good.
