I feel that the issue is service, the quality of the food when it is prepared correctly is great. Problem is getting your Bacon, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and tomato on your burger so when you get home you can eat is hard to find now days. Oh and the promotional Black Berry shake is more like Vanilla. How can I honestly leave a tip when I haven't received my food yet.

As a Maryland transplant, I’m always surprised that Five Guys isn’t more popular in California, because this Rancho Cordova location reminds me exactly why I’ve always loved it. The burgers and fries are consistently steakhouse quality, made fresh, flavorful, and absolutely satisfying every single time. This is probably the best Five Guys in NorCal, and that says a lot. Special mention to David S. for the stellar service — the kind of attentive, friendly, polished experience you’d expect at a quality sit-down restaurant, not just a fast-casual spot.

Nice cashier and staff. Food was good but didn’t get the order right. Five guys has a solid menu. I love that I can get a “keto” veggie burger. I give a hall pass as it’s one of the few places that was open late on New Years Eve that wasn’t a fast food place. Prices increased.
