I love Jacks, always have. Our office has moved over the years but used to frequent Folsom and Elk Grove locations. Im not sure who or what the difference is but the tri tip from the Gold River / Rancho location is always terrible. 9 out of 10 times i end of throwing it all away and eating the bread. It is always soooo chewy to the point you cant chew and eat it. Today both halves had sooo much fat there wasn't even meat on multiple pieces. I just don't understand how someone that is slicing the meat piece by piece can see this pile it on a bun and think anyone can eat it. Its disgusting. They

Everything’s good. We ordered chicken tenders from kids menu but it was hard as rock so we asked for new one. They brought new one but still hard to eat. We ended off throwing away. Other tenders, it was very and reasonable price

I was extremely excited about coming here because I love vegetables and I couldn't wait to arrange my own salad to include some sort of protein. It came to me I was excited. I asked for blue chews salad dressing. And if you like blue cheese, I love blue cheese. I love putting a piece in my mouth and allowing it to dissolve. That's how much I love it. What was put on my salad was a pore rendition of ranch salad dressing watered down with chunks of blue cheese thrown in it. It was terrible.I didn't enjoy the salad at all. Very disappointed in shame on you.

Loving coming to this location. The food is always delicious and the service is the best! Everyone is upbeat and super helpful. My favorite is the create your own salad and you can never go wrong with urban fries!
