Absolutely horrible the workers were messing around in the back and when they did talk to u they had attitude and tried to blame it on u when they messed up your order this is what they gave my brother idk what happened but it’s missing a nugget and why r the fries in it with it smh I actually don’t know how those workers are still there that’s just completely unacceptable. I would give it negative 5 stars if I could worst experience ever not to mention the floors were dangerously slippery.

I'm giving this a 4 ONLY because of Ashley!! If she is there, i am able to get my order placed and recieved so quickly! She's so upbeat and hardworking! I always do drive through since i pick it up on my way to work. Came in last week and she wasn't working.... i sat at the speaker for a few minutes waiting to place my order and then finally pulled up to first window when i couldn't get anyone to answer. Window was dark and computer with screen saver going. Gave it a minute there and then pulled up to second windows where lights where on. Tried looking around inside and couldn't see ANYONE!

This was a terrible experience. We visit for breakfast weekly bit this was the last time. We ordered at the kiosk because there are never any cashiers waiting to take your order. There's never any receipt paper in the first kiosk so you can know your order #. You have to see it quickly after completing your order. The manager and other staff were so overwhelmed with online orders that those inside suffered a great wait time. One man came in, ordered, expected it fairly quickly but I told him how long we'd been waiting. He waited a little longer then asked for a refund. Rather than refund his

Went and ordered 2 of the grinch meals. Paid at first window and then the cashier asked for receipt at the next window and was confused if we paid or not. Waited about 20 minutes and got the 2 "grinch meals" crammed in a bag super messy and then when we asked the girl if they had the Shaker salt that was supposed to go with it, she said "oh we dont have any but my manager said to just sell them as is anyway." Then we said "and you guys dont think to mention that when ordering?" She said "my manager said not too, but I agree its stupid " 100% ripped off and this place is a joke with the teens
