My feet stuck to the floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were stocked and dirty (but not terrible), and filled with loud country western music. Order was completed in 4 minutes. Food was fresh and met basic quality standards.

I usually never leave reviews but this specific arbys location is ridiculous. Never ever do I get cheese sauce to go with my fries despite paying for it. They never give enough marinara, dipping sauces, etc. And tonight I paid for a double beef and cheddar. But guess what...no cheese sauce, on top of them not giving me a cheese cup. I wouldn't normally be bothered, but its EVERYTIME.

Two customers in line and this place can't keep up! Once they're "busy" attitudes fly. Nothing but continuous bickering between staff that eventually gets pushed on to customers. While waiting to tell someone about it, one customer didn't his dip sauce for his sandwich, and all they could say is that they were out. This place is a joke of a restaurant. If they can't keep it together for two customers, I hate to see what the rest looks. Glad I walked away

Placed me in a hold lane for fresh frys and then forgot about me. Had to go in and retrieve my food after 8 min.. Food was not pipping hot as suggested. Have had mixed experiences at this restaurant.
