This was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. I spent over $70 on food, and they completely forgot my daughter’s entire meal. When I told them it was missing, they insisted they had put it in the bag. I even offered to hand the bags back so they could see for themselves that it wasn’t there, but they refused, said, “It’s fine,” and the employee waved his hand at me before walking off to make the meal. I was going to go one star for the issues I had, but the female manager resolved everything so kindly & with so much positivity! I order a lot of sauces not to be greedy, but because I have a lot of kids who love Taco Bell & one burrito they drench in st least 5-7 packets! Trust me if I order 20 sauce packets they are GONNNNNNNE. We have a really large family & our gas was out most of this week due to a leak emergency so we had to order out more than I like. Ordered on the mobile app. Ordered two of the steak and garlic nacho fries and one Quesarito and the chicken dippers and two drinks… well got told they were out of nacho fries… probably just didn’t want to make them…had to substitute it for nacho bell grandes and they barely had anything on them (pictured provided… mostly just chips and no meat just half made remember this is suppose to be 6 dollars after tax and all the topping are skimpy) had to remind them of our drinks when there is 4 employees just standing around talking doing nothing.
