I had the opportunity to visit Margaux Restaurant this past weekend and experienced the full arc of their hospitality — lunch, dinner, evening jazz, and breakfast. The first photos are of their duck. The skin was beautifully rendered, leaving the meat tender, clean, and full of flavor. It was paired nicely with vegetables and a bread-like savory cake that complemented the richness of the duck.
