Not enough staff, there were only two workers, one at the window and the other one on the counter. The donuts are definitely not what they used to be. They are small, and not as tasty as before. However, the coffee was good

I really wanted to like this spot more. It took near 15 minutes to get a small coffee and 10 munchkins. The coffee was fresh brewed which was good. The ordering via kiosks and lack of personal attention and slowness as I ordered just before 2 PM was a turn off. Dunkin you let.e down on this occasion.

The little girl that was there today at 6:28 on the mic in the drive thru has no patience and is annoying. No type of customer service experience, literally rushing me without supporting my questions. + taste like 2 day 3 day old donuts 🤮.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lid wasn’t on properly and it popped off of my husband’s hot coffee and spilled down the front of his shirt, all over the table and floor, the napkin dispenser was empty, I told the employee and she just looked at me, I told another employee and she said she would be right out to clean up the mess and bring some napkins which she did not do. Not one person came and asked if he was ok after spilling hot coffee down the front of his shirt.
