I placed an online order. With an online order they give you special requests. I asked in all caps “PLEASE LOTS OF SWEET AND SOUR”. I get home open my tied bag because they double knot the bag for online orders and all I get are 2 packets! I have 3 cream cheese rangoons and all this rice to eat with 2 packets! Please do better and read the special requests! This has happened multiple times and I am so tired of it that I normally go out of my way to Raymore or Overland Park just to get panda because this one is very incompetent!

I ordered a bowl, teriyaki chicken and chow mein. I had exactly 5 pieces, cut small and the whole bowl was all vegetables. I MAYBE had 1 fork full of noodles. ON TOP of this, they did not give us any fortune cookies. So I made $8.50 for minimal of what I ordered. We’re ordering what we want and getting what we don’t. So disappointing and waste of money!

Sat waiting in drive through after placing my order, for almost 15 minutes. No one was behind me so I backed out and went into the store, they just handed me my food and asked for payment. No apology, no making it right, just attitude. I ordered the beef broccoli and it was almost all broccoli, there was two small pieces of beef. Would never come here again.

Food has always been fine, but service is hit and miss. Today I sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. If there was a way to get out of the drive thru I would have, but I was stuck. There was no apology for the wait, they didn't move people out of the drive thru to go park like other fast food places will do when one person's order is taking too long. But it wasn't one car, it was 2-3 cars that took forever to get them served. I almost missed a meeting I had scheduled because of how long we were stuck!
