We had such a fun patio evening at AJ's on Main! My date and I wanted to enjoy the perfect weather, and AJ’s was the perfect spot. We were welcomed by the owner, which made the visit feel extra special right away. Everyone was friendly and made us feel at home. The service was amazing, and we enjoyed a few drinks while relaxing on the patio. One of the coolest parts was getting to decorate our own dollar bills and stick them on the ceiling. Food is not what I consider good. Several people in our group got the 2 meat plate with pork and brisket. I honestly couldn’t tell which was which from looking at it. Looked like mush. I am a Texas boy and real brisket BBQ doesn’t look like that. I ordered the shrimp and it was the frozen stuff like you get from a Walmart freezer. No one in our group said the food was good enough to ever come back. Not sure why this place is so busy, most likely just for a hangout to get drinks.
