This was my first time at a Fuddruckers. It wasn't too busy, it was clean and the staff were on top of things ensuring tables were cleaned. They were also very pleasant and helpful when I was trying to decide on what I should order, the food was great. I really enjoyed the condiments bar as well. I'm looking forward to going back again and trying their desserts. It was a pleasant experience.

I called an order in and selected what I was eating based on the menu prices online (due to being on a budget). When I arrived to pick up and pay, I asked the clerk to cancel the drink, so I was purchasing the food only. The cashier told me it was $19.49. First, I asked why the price was so high, it said $8.99 on the menu. She informed me that the prices have gone up. I said okay (it is what it is). 2024 ish: Food was great, but one of the workers made it seem as though it was "not my problem" when I tried to report an issue with one of the games to them (and instead wanted me to go find the manager). March 2026: better experience this go round with less experience with staff. Didn't realize they had weekday specials but we had perfect timing for Monday kids meals that allowed two kids meal sales with each adult.
