I Would HIGHLY recommend taking the time at the drive-through window to check your food. I asked for a side of cheese sauce, like the ones you put with pretzel sticks. (Word for word what I said 3 times at the order board and again at the window when they asked) And instead of that extremely common menu item, they gave me a Kraft single in a boat as shown in the attached photo. This could have been funny if not for the fact that I didnt get what I ordered at all. Made a moblie order and went through drive thru. An employee came out to my car and told me the total of my order and I told her it's been paid for on the app. I went to grab my phone to show her and she rolled her eyes and went inside. Upon coming to the window she would not open the window or acknowledge us. Then getting my food my hamburger was dripping liquid of out the wrapper and both my ice creams we're all vanilla with only a tossed chunk on top. Don’t get me wrong, the food here is pretty good. The service is bad, however. I was ready to order, I tap the red button, and immediately get a guy who’s obviously not having a great day or whatever his deal may be. He started rushing me and was being rude. I was trying to talk and every time I started saying something, I got interrupted. It was very frustrating because the guy wouldn’t quit rushing me and wouldn’t let me say what I had to say. Then when I got confused because I thought he asked if I wanted two sauces, he got a little more rude with his tone and asked me which one I wanted. I
