From 6am to 6pm the service is great along with order being just right! I visit this establishment multiple times of day due to fact I work across the street at CTA. But the only overnight employee is absolutely disgusting & rude. She doesn’t properly talk to people when there is an issue with an order. She becomes irate, aggressive & plain out rude. I had a terrible experience here today Friday May 08 there is a rude Indian lady in drive-through who took forever to take my order looks like she was upset no one way helping her their was another female and male by the window not doing anything with no headsets on just looking at me not once they can to ask if i needed anything. Overall this was the worse Dunkin i had came to never coming here again.

I attempted to place an order but for some reason the menu board only had the advertisement for hashbrowns on it for several minutes. I kept asking about other options and they kept reiterating they had no control over the menu board. Once I ordered, my hashbrowns were undercooked. When I bit into one, it tasted as if they put it in the oven for a split second and just took it right back out, almost flash steamed and mushy to the taste.
