Ive been going to Sushi One for many years & have seen a bunch of servers over the years. Last night my daughter and I went and had a waitress named Ellie, she was absolutely fantastic at her job! She has an amazing personality and customer service skills. Even my daughter said how much she liked her! We didn't have to ask for a single thing because she was on top of it! Such a sweet girl and I will absolutely be coming back to sit in her section! On top of that, the food is always amazing and I absolutely love the atmosphere! Loved this place! They serve healthy, tasty sushi and rolls freshly made right off the counter when you order. There are many options of sushi rolls you can choose from the menu and side dishes. We had seaweed salad for a side. The staff were also welcoming and friendly. This place is definitely a go-to if you are in and around town!

The food is always top-notch, but what really makes it special is the amazing service—the staff is always so warm and welcoming. I grew up coming here with my parents, and now my own kids beg to go, just like I used to. I’ve had sushi in so many places, but for me, Sushi 1 is hands down the best. This time, I tried their new Ramen, and once again, it blew me away. Huge thanks to Sushi 1 for always being incredible!
