Elevate is unique for its variety of different beverages. I would say that over the past 2 years, they’ve crafted over 50 different combinations for just me, let alone all the things on their menu I don’t ask for. It’s the equivalent of a Chinese menu but in a coffee shop. The staff will impress you with their wit, charm, and exceptionally fast service. There’s no doubt that Ryan and his crew are going places!

I really love this place, but unfortunately I had a disappointing experience today. I went through the line with my Elevate stamp card and was redeeming my 9th drink for free. I asked if I could upgrade to the 32oz size, but was told no — which was completely fine. I then ordered a 24oz chai latte with oat milk. However, I never saw oat milk come out of the fridge; instead, I only saw a large jug with a red top being used. I specifically asked twice to confirm the drink was made with oat milk, and both times I was told yes. After leaving and drinking it, I immediately realized it had been mad
