We had a fantastic experience at this Culver's! We went through the drive-thru for some ice cream and were pleasantly surprised to find there wasn't a standard order board. Instead, our order was taken directly by a team member at the window. ​It made the whole process feel like a much more nice, personal experience rather than just talking to a speaker. Along with the personal touch the wait time was minimal, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious. ​Highly recommend this location if you want great treats and a friendly, human connection!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. The staff appeared more miserable than the customers, and unfortunately, that attitude showed in how they treated people. The employees were rude, short, and clearly frustrated, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. The biggest issue came when I noticed extra items on my bill that I did not order. When I pointed this out, I was met with a major attitude. The employee acted inconvenienced and dismissive, then brought over a manager. Burger patties keep getting smaller and smaller everyday but the price keeps going up. Tell me how that makes sense. You should be appreciative of the people that love your food but you take advantage of them in doing so. Quantity goes a long way in food reviews. Step it up please

Wow. Just wow this place must be wild to work at. 15 people that I can count and 6 of them standing there in a circle talking. There is one guy just staring at them but they were too busy to notice. They had 1 person taking orders and only a couple in the back from what I can see. This location is dirty and smells. It's really sad because culvers is usually good. This location not so much.
