I got a Barbacoa Bowl thru the Chipotle Lane and when I got home, the bowl was about 1/2 the normal portion. Very disappointed. I complained thru the app and was told the store would receive my feedback and someone would contact me. I haven't seen or heard anything. I guess you have to go inside and watch your food made if you want normal portions. Update - I was contacted by the corporate organization and they provided a BOGO coupon and said they would provide feedback directly to the store. I went inside for my next order and was happy with the portion and quality of the food.

On this elegant and radiant day that I am writing this review, I decided it was time for my weekly chipotle chicken bowl. As I was driving towards the resturaunt, hope and glimmer filled my head with the vision of myself eating my finely crafted bowl with a great smile on my face. This location, on 3/2/2026: The health department shut down their kitchen which is why my order wasn't ready. They couldn't issue a refund and I had to call corporate which was awful. If you learned the health department shut their kitchen down (for any reason really), would you want to eat there? I prefer it over the Arlington location. The health department thing makes me feel really uneasy. Chipotle corporate: You suck. Theres no way to get a refund through the app. And corporate support only gave a refund and could care less. We came in later in the evening after another Chipotle location was out of key ingredients, and we’re so glad we did. Everything here was still well-stocked and prepped. At first, we waited a bit without being acknowledged while staff were cleaning, but once they got to us, the service was smooth. I also want to mention Isabella (we believe that was her name on the receipt)—she helped us check out and was very kind, patient, and helpful. Her great attitude really made the experience feel welcoming. Thank you, Isabella!
