We had a fantastic dinner at Ricardo's in Greendale and everything was spot on. We started with the hand-cut eggplant strips and they were incredible. Perfectly crisp and full of flavor. We also shared the burrata salad, which was oh so creamy! Wednesdays are a hidden gem here because all bottles of wine are half off, making it even more of a treat! The pizza was wonderful as always. I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese and the Caribbean Wings. I honestly say I have not had good wings like this since Pizza Shuttle had the Caribbean wings 20 years ago. This meat falls off the bone. Nobody else comes close not wing stop, not pizza hut, not Toppers. Flavor is phenomenal. And the pizza was great too 😋 👌 I've searched for good pizza in Wisconsin for years and I've finally found my new go to.

First time for dinner and mixed reviews. The Italian beef and chicken panini were spot on. The pasta was decent but was like a 1/2 portion and the garlic bread tasted off. 4 stars for the food overall..Our server was very nice but nonexistent. Thankfully, the other waitstaff and buss team helped take care of us but everything took forever. I think next time we will just sit at the bar and stick with the sandwiches.

We started with egg plant appetizer. Very good. Then we shared 2 pasta dishes and an order of 3 wings. One pasta dish was Italian sausage, pasta and a great tomato sauce. Very good. The other pasta dish was a beef short rib in an alfredo sauce. A little light on the short ribs but lots if mushrooms. All in all very tasty. Service was outstanding. We will be back to try other dishes.
