Double Chocolate Brownie: I'm the endangered American that can rarely be spotted in a Starbucks. Nothing against them, I just tend to think it's a little over-priced and I prefer to brew my own cup of joe. Starbucks gift cards tend to be popular rewards at my place of work though, so I’m guilty of collecting them to use on bakery items. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location more often lately, and I usually love how my drink is made during the PM shift. However, my experience this morning was disappointing. Around 11 AM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Trenta Dragon Drink with light ice and extra coconut milk. I could clearly see that it was made standard and not customized the way I requested. When I asked for a little coconut milk on the side, Adriana stated they were unable to provide it. In the past, that has never been an issue. Honestly, I should have asked for the drink to be remade on the spot. When

I usually go here for a quick drink. Except this time I order my drink and given it kindly (Good!) Yet after taking sips from the lid a few times, suddenly my tongue and lips begin to burn. I started to have a numb taste and the burning would continue if I drank from the lid. Almost as if you had soap put in your mouth?! Let’s make sure please that employees hands and such are clean so no chemicals get on our drinks and hurt us. I never had this before and felt sad this happened. Otherwise, fast and good service.
