Hello, I’m writing to share my experience, as I believe this reflects on the overall operation of LongHorn. Unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing. When we arrived, we were told the wait time would be 40 minutes, which I understood. After checking back, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. When I checked again, I was informed that our number had been entered incorrectly in the system. Once we were finally seated, I ordered my food right away. Everything was excellent! Our server was awesome, she checked with us throughout our meal but not too much. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was, we had 5 in our party & 1 person was late. They would not put us at a table until the whole party was there. I can understand this on a busy night. It was Monday & not super busy. Came in for dinner on a Tuesday. Place wasn't busy at all. The place was kinda cold. Order the Longhorn meduim rare / mushrooms and asparagus. Order my son the TBone Steak. The food finally arrived after a 30 min wait. They got my order wrong. They brought out the Tbone for me and a sirloin for my son. Very disappointing. My steak was well done also very disappointing It was very salty. Only ate about a quarter before calling it quit Never again Best to go somewhere else

Shout out to Zia, amazing service, very friendly, a sweet and attentive worker! Tipped her cash, she deserves to have a better night! Food is good overall. We usually only come for the tonion, craving that appetizer every week! Steak is good, we get the filet and the sirloin. Hit or miss, sometimes less or more cooked but still delicious!
