Stopped by Tropical Smoothie in greendale with my girlfriend and had an awesome visit. The store was spotless, the music was good, and my smoothie came out fast and tasted amazing. You can tell they use fresh ingredients because the flavor was on point. Shoutout to Joseph and Zyion for the excellent service. They were super polite, worked efficiently, and kept the line moving while still being friendly to everyone. It’s rare to see a team that’s both quick and genuinely kind. Great drinks, great vibes, and great staff most definitely sliding through again

I have been a customer at this location for quite some time and have visited many times in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing enough that I do not plan to return. The presentation of my bowl was not up to the standard I have come to expect. More concerning, however, was the customer service I received. I politely asked if an employee could change her gloves and was immediately met with attitude. I also requested that my bowl be served without a lid, which is a simple and reasonable request, yet I again felt that my question was met with an unprofessional resp

I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie in greendale! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and upbeat. The smoothies were fresh, flavorful, and made quickly — exactly what I needed for a refreshing pick-me-up. What really stood out was the customer service. Joseph and Zyion went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. They were friendly, patient, and had such positive energy that it made the whole visit better. It’s always nice to see employees who actually care about the customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back again
