Disgusted. My sister placed an online order for chicken tenders, came home, and took a bite only to find they were completely raw inside. She called the store, and the manager said she could either come back for a new order (who would have an appetite after biting into raw chicken?) or get a refund — and that was it. Completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue.

It took more than 10 minutes to order and then they didn’t give me the right drink that I payed extra for, and on top of that they gave me a really watered down lemonade. When I asked the girl at the drive thru window if it was the tropical hibiscus refresher, she brushed me off nod and handed me the wrong drink. I just wanted to go home by then and I didn’t want to hold up the line more by asking the employees to remake my drink

Cold fries, almost no lettuce, wrong type of chicken. They weren’t busy at all and still screwed up the entire order.

The General Manager John does not have his teams back. The hourly employees are fending for themselves and get in trouble behind it. If the managers actually support and have their team back, it wouldn't be too many customers coming in purposely bothering them. Most of these reviews are made out of spite because they know that John is going to do whatever they want even when they're clearly wrong. John lets customers run all over his team to get what they want. I have come in there with an attitude on purpose with/without witness, be mean and rude, asked for a manager and get what I want PLUS
