One of the important things about a good cafe is being able to get served and get a seat. Sweetleaf is not just big on the inside, it's big on quality. Even at lunch time on a popular weekend on my second visit I got a great seat. I also had the fly chicken sandwich with a lemon and ginger kombucha. It's called winning.

Quite possibly the coolest nicest guy runs this place. The go to is the rocket fuel with almond milk. Food and treats are amazing and lots of quirky old space to lounge or get work done. Plus they sell the slap shot beans or cold brew concentrate.

What a fantastic breakfast burrito. So fresh and tasty. Also easily the coolest coffee spot in Greenpoint. Friendly service, dogs inside (huge plus), great barista recommendations - definitely recommend. (Also hit up East River Tattoo around the corner, the reason I am familiar with this neighborhood, and in town currently.)

The coffee is delicious, cold brew and drip!! The breakfast sandwich is theeee perfect blend of flavors. The jalapeños are a perfect level of spice. Just a touch of heat. English muffin fresh, truly best breakfast sandwich I’ve had anywhere. Plus it held up well, I was taking it on my train trip home. Damn, bam perfection!
