From a marketing perspective, their brand consistency is spot on—the environment is full of personality with clear, humorous signage that makes the space feel authentic and local. We visited on a very busy day. Still, no excuse for the service we received. Burgers and food were great, so I give it to the kitchen staff for doing a wonderful job.But the assistant manager or so called and the service was absolutely horrendous. All total we were there for three hours. They almost gave our table away after waiting for 45 minutes. Very slow after being seated to get first contact with server.
