We stopped by Mission BBQ while visiting from Canada, and honestly… this place blew us away. Aliza and her team went above and beyond — we came in close to closing and they still welcomed us so warmly without making us feel rushed at all. The food? Absolutely incredible. Oh, Absolutely love it Burger was cooked perfectly, came automatically with lettuce, pickles and a tomato slice. 2 sides and they were both great, Fries and a homemade MacNCheese. Lots more I plan to try when I come back this weekend. 6 different sauces available to you when you dine-in, Free sauce cups of the same on the tables for take-out. Homemade Mustard, to die for.

Reminiscent of TN bbq and brisket for flavor! The food was so delicious here, my husband and I went back for seconds later in the day to take home. They have two options for brisket, moist or lean. Moist is fattier but the lean was so juicy I did not even need sauce. So nice to find a place that does not think dry brisket is a good thing. Bbq was tasty but had some gristle. Decided to give this place another try. Husband & I had ate in here about 4 yrs ago. Nothing that great. Found it average at best. So today, I go in and order to take out. Got pulled pork sandwich, NC sausage, collards, & Mac & cheese. I have attached photos. Some of bbq was burnt, had way too much slaw. Slaw not good- few hard pieces amongst the stringy ones. The sausage tasted cold- very bland- no taste- like had just been sitting out. Didn’t want the corn bread… Collards were ok- but needed plenty of the hot sauce … macaroni & cheese was dry. Best thing was the fountain drink- Mountain Dew
