drive thru is incredibly slow. They will let you sit there for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. I actually feel like it is on purpose that they let people sit there at this point. At the window, they are annoyed that you ordered food like your being hungry is an inconvenience for them. Food quality is bleak. Watched a drug deal in the parking lot while I was camped out in the drive thru. Epitome of sketchy service and food. Gas is too expensive to wait in line here. Location should be closed so they can do something else with the area - no point in having a food spot that is so slow, has suc

I pulled up to the menu and was greeted immediately. However, the lady said she couldn't hear me and to drive to the window. When I got there, no one was there. After about 2 minutes a man came to the window and asked if I had placed an order. When I explained to him what had happened, he asked me what did I want and said he would go ahead and start preparing it. However, I only wanted a drink and he couldn't answers a question I had about the drink. He immediately said hold on, I'm a cook and don't know about the drinks, but I'll find out for you. Horrible. Just horrible. The staffs level of competence is just absolutely wild. After waiting for 20 minutes for 3 drinks (minimal cars in the drive thru or drive ups), I approached the entrance to the building. I stood outside for another 5 minutes and not another order was walked out while I stood and waited for someone to speak to to get a simple status update, while I watched them count another's customers change 5 times in a row.
