Cafe on Trade is a delightful little place tucked inside of a set of boutique shops. Their parfait was amazing and don’t get me started on the grits. Just know that if you eat a lot of the grits you might need a nap shortly after. The folks there are super friendly but be aware that you won’t get your food in like 30 seconds. Enjoy your coffee, have a good conversation and be prepared for a delicious breakfast!
