I’ve been here TWICE in the past month and BOTH times my child has found HAIR in her shake. There is no number to call, sent an email on their corporate site (no response) and the employees don’t seem to care! DHEC Needs to get in here ASAP if there is hair in the ice cream there’s no telling what else is filthy.

Freezing inside like the heater wouldn’t work. Took 30 minutes to get our food. Taste was ok but portions were kid meal size. Staff moved like zombies. Shakes were good.

Every order was wrong. Db burger tray they put slaw on the burger. Not ordered that way. Corndog tray was to have okra and chicken nuggets as sides. Has okra and another corn dog. Don't know what happened. Orders were wrong

Used to love this place but it’s gone down hill. The guy at the drive thru handed me my drink with it overflowing and soda running all over my hand and car. At least now my steering wheel has that new car steering wheel grip to it. Later I got home to discover the saddest little “big double burger” ever. This poor little beef patty is barely the width of two fingers. He looks lonely and depressed like Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh. There’s so much empty space on the bun it made me think of Step Brothers and laugh out loud. And it was burnt. Burgers shouldn’t have a crispy crunch to it. Maybe th
