Had a disappointing visit to Buster's BBQ in Gresham this week. Even though it was slow, with no one in line at the counter, staff never welcomed us or told us where to order. We finally figured it out and were ignored for a few minutes by the two folks working behind the counter. Food quality wasn't great and portions were tiny, especially for the price. The barbecue sauce was runny, like they had watered it down. I had a two meat dinner combo and was surprised to only receive a few slices of brisket and pork, single ice-cream scoop of mashed potatoes and small bowl of flavorless green beans

This is a great restaurant. Hard to believe it but I first came here after the poor service at the nearby Red Lobster. Workers here are friendly, relaxed, and all seem to work here forever. The food is great, you can take a seat, get refills, etc at your leisure. I have not a single time been pressured to tip, etc. Just a super comfortable, friendly place to get some good food at a great price. I feel like being in my living room, just so pleasant and relaxed here.

The food definitely looks better than it tastes I love the vibe of the place and the decor is cool. The service was great but the food was not so good. The ribs and brisket were so dry and tough, the pulled pork was kinda cold the sausage we had was probably my favorite part. I got I think was a chocolate cheese cake and that was so good it pretty much saved this whole experience.

What is this garbage u order barbecue because you think it has barbecue sauce cooked on it you get orange ham because you think it's glazed and some orange glaze but then you get a box of planed unsalted meet with some water down barbecue sauce and some water down barbecue beans that you can get from a can from the 99 cent store absolutely disgusting wasting your money $25 in the toilet
