The restaurant was really cool you know to take in and look at. I also like the gift shop attached to it that was fun to peruse. The waitress was kind but not very attentive when it came to refills for our drinks. Most of the food was good but no one really liked the onion soup. Sometimes it can be long wait for your food. The fondue and Brad were good. My Jalapeno hamburger was good. The fettuccine Alfredo could have used a little bit of work. The tater tots were cooked perfectly. The manager is kind though. For our 17th anniversary, my wife and I decided to check this place out. We got the fondue because its a great deal and it can easily feed four as an appetizer. It did not disappoint. Absolutely delightful. I got the razor clam and my wife got the cabbage rolls. I love razor clam and this was entirely new presentation to me, and the chef absolutely nailed it - it was perfectly cooked and had a wonderful texture. I also tried the cabbage rolls, and of course, coming off this big razor clam revelation, i was like "how could this even compare" but i was completely wowed by the perfect flavor bala

I like the food here, but unfortunately the service has been disappointing. As a non-white customer, I’ve consistently felt treated differently by some of the Hispanic staff compared to my Caucasian friends, who receive much warmer and more attentive service. It’s ironic, but this has been my experience over several visits.

Michael was our server. He was outstanding in every way. I had liver and onions. My friend have a Reuben Burger no wonder they have been in business for almost 60 years. Heidi's is still tremendous. Highly recommended
