Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. No hate but this is wild. This is why I always drive extra far to go to the one good popeyes in multnomah county which is 3120 NE MLK. their boneless wings are SO juicy, so light, so fluffy. Against my better judgment, I gave this location a shot because I was in the middle of working and didn't want to drive that far. It was worse than I expected. The boneless wings are more like cafeteria popcorn chicken. More breading than chicken. The oil must be old based on the color of the breading. Not juicy at all. Everything tonight was fresh, cooked perfectly, following up with the exceptional customer service and conversation given from the young gentleman who was going above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience for myself and 2 children along with my friend and her daughter. Our family has been coming to this Popeyes for many years now. It has been noted by many family members that things have gone way downhill in the last few months. The service has gotten less accurate and slower and the quality has gone down. On or last 3 visits we have had to go back for missing items, including a chicken sandwich in a combo meal. Tonights order was much the same but with something extra. I got a bone in my chicken sandwich. The chicken seemed small for a sandwich so i think somone put a thigh in it.
