Some employees enjoy giving you drinks that sat too long with no ice because it melted. Kindly ask for a fresh drink with ice? You get another drink with no ice. This has happened twice in the past few months and I just drive away without confrontation because it is a lose lose situation. I love iced beverages :(

I came here to get a quick dinner after a long day, I ordered the 4 piece luxe box and ranch fries. Two people in-front of me in line and it took about 35 mins to get my food. It was ice cold, had hair in it, pretty sure they stomped on my tacos because they were just crumbs and I was missing an item out of the box. I wouldn’t be surprised if my food was dropped on the floor and donkey kicked because it tasted like trash and looked worse. Also I didn’t get ranch fries, I got some cold shredded beef on them? Nearly every single time I come to this location it takes at minimum 20-30 minutes for a single small order (1-2 items max) I regret it every single time. The employees here honestly seem to resentlfully work slow (always kind to them) but watching them prepare food at a snails pace it really is frustrating. It’s fast food. Every other location it’s 1-3 minutes tops. The quality also seems to lack every time

Ordered online. Came to pick up my food everything was just out on the counter no bag. Had to ask for drink cups. The cup carrier was so think it ripped with only two cups in it. I had to ask for a bag for my food because carrying it all plus two drinks in a carrier that didn’t hold resulted in everything on the floor. Everytime I had to ask an associate for a bag drink cups if I could get my order ect they all acted as if I was inconvenience. No body even greeted the customers coming in the door.
