I ordered 4 togo take 12 coffee jugs. I ordered these on the website 20 minutes before I would arrive at the location. This would provided them enough time to prepare that amount of coffee to ensure I would have it ready for my meeting which started promptly at 9am. When I arrived at 8:55 to pick up my product, they informed me that not only was it not ready, as they are not allowed to start preparing my product, regardless of the fact that I had paid for it in advance and on the website selected "Start working on it now", until i arrive at the facility, but it would also take over 20 minutes

This is one of my top three favorite Tim’s locations. The ladies who work drive through in the morning are great and always make sure my order is right and they’re friendly. The guy working today 12pm, was really friendly and pleasant, seemed like he really likes his job. That’s rare in fast food these days. My only constructive feedback is that sometimes in the morning, the vanilla dip donuts are dry/hard.

this was one of my most horrendous experiences drinking coffee. decided to try them again after a year. i ordered a medium ice coffee and got a large which wasn’t necessarily an issue. i ordered a vanilla ice coffee w almond milk 3 sugars 3 creams .. i received the darkest brown coffee that tasted like water.. even after asking to get more sweetener it was still gross.. tried another location and it was perfect. never again.

I’ve always been intrigued to go to Tim Hortons after seeing people on YouTube do reviews of their food. So naturally when I saw there was one in the area where I was visiting, I wanted to stop by! Honestly, I was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was just this specific location but it felt like a Dunkin Donuts. In videos they make it seem like it’s a big bakery that has a large selection of bakery and breakfast items. This location did not offer any of that. It just felt like a regular donut shop.
