Been on a quest to find the best bowl of grilled pork vermicelli in Bergen County after the one in my neighborhood served me day-old noodles. Unfortunately we don't think we would be returning to Pho Saigon. While the flavor of the pork was really good, the meat was very dry. Portions for the price were a bit small. The bowl came with enormous amounts of veggies (mainly bean sprouts and lettuce), but not so much noodles. We order a 3-combo vermicelli bowl for the price of $17.49 but the amount of protein we got was less than what we have gotten at 5 other Viet restaurants in Bergen County when
