Absolutely horrible service. I order from this Dunkin regularly since it’s the closest one to me, and they always mess up my order. This time was the worst. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese with extra bacon (which I paid for), and it came with no bacon at all. On top of that, I ordered two hash browns and only received one. The staff is consistently careless and rude. I’m very disappointed, and if you value your time and money, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I experienced very rude behavior during my visit today. I was made to wait for almost 10 minutes, and instead of taking my order, the staff kept telling me to go from one place to another. This is unacceptable. Whoever manages this location should know that service like this will drive customers away. Please train your team on basic work ethics. I’m switching to Starbucks from now on. Goodbye, Dunkin — with all due respect.

Ordered avocado toast for a VEGETARIAN and it not only came out burnt to a crisp, but there was bacon on it. Then the bacon croissant I ordered had next to raw bacon on it. Not to mention the long wait and bad attitudes. Will not return, I see why the rating is so low.

Never coming back. This place is a mess. One of the worst service experiences I’ve had anywhere. I ordered a chicken wrap and avocado toast online. Waited... and waited… and waited. When I finally asked, only then did they tell me, "Oh, we don’t have the wrap." No update. No courtesy. Just made me stand there like an idiot. I asked for a refund — they refused and told me I’d have to do it online. Then they asked if I wanted to get something else instead. I said fine, let’s go with a grilled cheese — and they gave me a croissant with cheese just melted on TOP, not even inside. Is this a joke?
