I think this place is one of the best sandwich spots in Hamden, and honestly in Connecticut as a whole. It’s located on Whitney Avenue, which makes it very easy to get to, and there’s plenty of parking available .. a big plus. The sandwich selection is wide and diverse, clearly made with care, and the portions are generous for the price, which is very reasonable. They also have a good variety of drinks in the refrigerators, and there are tables and chairs if you want to sit down and enjoy your meal comfortably. My husband and I stopped for a quick lunch after hearing their chicken cutlets were good. We ended up getting a Cali Chick and Chick Vodka sandwich and splitting them. Not only were the cutlets delicious but their sandwich combinations are unique and super tasty. We also tried their tortellini salad which was also very good. They also keep a wide variety of bottled drinks and chips. I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the mood for an amazing sandwich. You won’t regret it!
