This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. Almost every time I get a drink it's not made properly. Several times I've asked them to remake the drink due to this. Today I went to get a frozen mocha and they are so heavy-handed with the chocolate syrup it was undrinkable. I asked the girl to make me another one with less chocolate and she proceeded to fill it up to the max as you can see from the picture below. Terrible customer service. If you're not happy with your job, don't take it out on your customers.

I had an awful experience at this Dunkin Donuts location because of one of the employees, Alma. From the second I walked in, she was rude and clearly had an attitude. I politely asked a question about my order, and she immediately rolled her eyes and snapped at me like I was bothering her. When I tried to explain to her my order and what I wanted she’s just rolled her eyes and started saying my total when I was completely not done with my order. It's my favorite Dunks in the morning. Amazing and kind staff. 2 ladies are the kindest sweetest employees I have ever met at a Dunks. Please visit, these two ladies will make your morning start off in the right direction.
