Stopped by Dunkin for a quick pit stop on the way and used the drive-through. Ordered a coffee, avocado toast, and a vanilla cream donut. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The avocado toast didn’t taste good, the donut wasn’t fresh, and overall all three items lacked flavor. Even the coffee was underwhelming, which isn’t what you expect when you’re stopping in for a quick boost. Convenient for a fast stop, but the quality and taste didn’t meet expectations this time.

Quick service, drinks and food made right MOST of the time. I like to come and sit down and enjoy my stuff but most of the time I'm unable to enjoy it most of the time, it's hard to with a certain employee who is very loud and annoying. After sitting here I'll leave with a migraine.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I asked for my sandwich to be fixed because it was made incorrectly, and the gentleman at the counter got upset with me for simply asking. On top of that, he charged me $2 extra just to correct their mistake. That’s unacceptable. Customers should not be treated with attitude . Very unprofessional service.

We just bought our daughter ice cream and the ice cream has hairs everywhere. This is disgusting. Next time pay attention to what u serve ur customers we didn’t pay to have hairs in there. Do better and be clean.
