Just walked out of this KFC at 2:15 p.m. today. the food was really good but I was more impressed with the service that I got which was outstanding. The overall vibe in the store was great. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back. There was one African American lady in particular, I didn't get her name, but she was very kind and very sweet and made the experience of being in there quite enjoyable.

Love this place, the woman who works drive thru during the afternoon shift is always wonderful. Food is always correct. I ate inside once and have never had table service in a fast food place and being checked up on. Fantastic team working here.

This is the last time we will go to this location. The service today was pitiful. Went through the drive thru and place our order which included 2 chicken pot pies. Was told it was a 20 minute wait. We were then instructed to park in the front of the building and the order would be brought to the vehicle. It took 50 minutes and they never brought the order out. Got home and opened one of the boxes that should have had a breast and wing and it included a wing and a leg. Waiting for 50 minutes you would think everything would be correct. Sorry service.

This is the 3rd time I've gotten food here. It's on my way home from work. This is also the 2nd time I've had very bad service. The first time I didn't get all my food. This time they forgot my drink, large sides were half full, the biscuits have what appears to be mold on them, and the manager was rude. I tried calling the store for an hour and a half but they're not answering. Mind you, it's now snowing. And I order to feed 6 people and spent $65. So after waiting 15 minutes (at 5:24pm on a Sunday) to get my food, and then driving another 15 minutes home after working 9 hours. I get home and
