I had a great experience at the McDonald’s on Mallory Street in Hampton! The staff was excellent from start to finish—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The manager was especially kind and welcoming, which really stood out. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and had a very hospitable atmosphere. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work. And they were super nice to my kids

I ordered breakfast. My sausage edges were burnt as were the edges of my mcmuffin. My egg tasted like it was bad. I order here often and normally things are good. This was a horrible experience and the fact that I had to park and wait for it made it even worse.

The employees are always nice. I now live within walking distance of this McDonald’s, which makes me keep going, but after today I think I’m done with McDonald’s overall. Every time I go here my fries are lukewarm. I asked for straight out the grease fries 2x and still managed to hand me lukewarm fries. So I tend to always throw all my fries away but today I was eating in the dark and didn’t realize that my burger was not done at all. It’s disgusting. I pray i don't get sick since i had eaten nearly the whole sandwich before i turned the lights on and saw it.

I’ve came here because it’s convenient but pembroke McDonald’s is not that far and I guess it’s better to just go there. The staff here will “ANYTHING ELSE” you to death!!! I had to stop who turned out to be a manger Mary and then my food was wrong! Had she stopped rushing and asking that question, she would’ve got my order right and I would’ve given yall more money because two meals were incorrect!
